Assistant Finance Manager (Location: Kuching)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Group's treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, fund transfers, and cash commitments.
- Administer and monitor banking facilities, HDA accounts, financing applications, renewals, and tender-related financial documentation.
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with banking terms, financing covenants, annual banking reviews, and proper maintenance of banking documentation.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, in-house company secretaries, internal stakeholders, and regulators on financing and treasury matters.
- Drive continuous improvements in treasury processes, cash flow reporting, financing administration, and monitoring systems.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or senior financial position.
- Possess professional certifications such as ACCA/CPA/MIA or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and lead subordinates effectively.

M&E Engineer (Location: Kuching)
Job Responsibilities:
- To review and validate M&E design drawings to ensure alignment with project and management requirements.
- To attend project meetings with consultants, site teams and authorities.
- To assist in monitoring site progress and provide reporting to Supervisor.
- To provide constructive solutions and resolving any problems or issues arises during site construction.
- To support full-cycle project management for all M&E-related scopes—from planning to completion.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in M&E within the building construction sector.
- Strong technical background in M&E works and design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
- Comfortable liaising with consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Environment Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- To be able to lead a team of of site-based Environmental Engineers to monitor and ensure the DOE's requirements are complied with.
- To conduct Surveillance Audits.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and training in promoting a culture of safety and quality excellence.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least ten (10) years relevant working experience particularly dealing with with necessary environmental issues and the Department of Environment (DOE)'s requirements and adherence to them.
- Ability to deal with necessary safety issues and health requirements arised.
- Familiar with the stipulations of the Environmental Act.
Site Engineer (C&S - Kuching)
Job Responsibilities:
- To take part in planning and monitoring of all projects under the directive of Project Manager to ensure smooth implementation of projects and handling over the projects according to company policies and procedures, so that quality and timely completion of the projects can be achieved.
- To take charge of Quality Assurance / Quality Control House Handover and supervision at site.
- To liaise with Project Consultants, Contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and / or site matters.
- To record and prepare minutes of meeting for site and any other technical meetings.
- To prepare all necessary reports as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years relevant working experience, especially in infrastructure or road works.
- Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and analytical skills, positive working attitude, self-starter and able to work independently.
- Good technical knowledge, report preparation, project management and negotiation skills.
