Service Floor Staff

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to work on public holiday, split shift and overtime.
  • Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage services to the customers (greet, records orders, and serve)
  • Attend to customers' need promptly & professionally.
  • Handling complaints with positive attitude and escalate to superior.
  • Performing table setting, general housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Assist to oversee the club's food hygienic SOP, rules & regulations.
  • Have basic knowledge of food & beverage, customer service skill, safety guideline, teamwork.
  • Handling Point-Of-Sales (POS) systems as necessary.
  • To undertake any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience.
  • Able to speak in English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin.
  • Good communication skill and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Have a pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Responsible, honest and possess good problem-solving skills.

Site Engineer (M&E)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and supervise QA/QC on all M&E site activities.
  • To assist superior for any tasks that are being assigned.
  • To plan, execute and delivery the job tasks being assigned.
  • To ensure coordination of mechanical and electrical works with C&S, architectural and landscape works during construction stage.
  • Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors on the progress of work.
  • Monitor and supervise contractors and sub-contractors’ work progress according to specifications and safety regulations.
  • Supervise trouble shooting, testing and commissioning and repair works.
  • Conduct regular site meeting on M&E matters.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Possess at least a Degree in M&E engineering or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years relevant working experience, especially in infrastructure or road works.
  • Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
  • Good understanding of construction work activities and sequence of work.
  • Good communication and analytical skills, positive working attitude, self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Good technical knowledge, report preparation, project management and negotiation skills.

Environment Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be able to lead a team of of site-based Environmental Engineers to monitor and ensure the DOE's requirements are complied with.
  • To conduct Surveillance Audits.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures and training in promoting a culture of safety and quality excellence.

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least ten (10) years relevant working experience particularly dealing with with necessary environmental issues and the Department of Environment (DOE)'s requirements and adherence to them.
  • Ability to deal with necessary safety issues and health requirements arised.
  • Familiar with the stipulations of the Environmental Act.

Site Engineer (C&S - Kuching)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To take part in planning and monitoring of all projects under the directive of Project Manager to ensure smooth implementation of projects and handling over the projects according to company policies and procedures, so that quality and timely completion of the projects can be achieved.
  • To take charge of Quality Assurance / Quality Control House Handover and supervision at site.
  • To liaise with Project Consultants, Contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and / or site matters.
  • To record and prepare minutes of meeting for site and any other technical meetings.
  • To prepare all necessary reports as required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years relevant working experience, especially in infrastructure or road works.
  • Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
  • Good communication and analytical skills, positive working attitude, self-starter and able to work independently.
