Job Responsibilities:

• To report any issues to top management.
• To direct & supervise production process and a team of workers to ensure high efficiency, good line discipline, good housekeeping and compliance with quality requirement.
• To carry out corrective maintenance work, troubleshoot and perform repair work if machine/ equipment unable to operate.
• To ensure schedule is met and achieve set production targeted quality.
• To ensure adequate resources are in placed (manpower, material, etc).
• To assist production manager to ensure smooth & efficiency running of production process.
• To manage the workflow and responsible for on-job training for new hires.
• To maintain and ensure safety working environment and report to top management if there is any issue arises.

Desired Qualifications:

• Possess at least SPM/SKM in Machinery/ Welder/Fabrication/Mechanical.
• Strong leadership, team management and excellent communication skills.
• Proven supervisory skills.
• At least three (3) years working experience in factory line.

Sales and Marketing Executive (Sejingkat)

Job Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company product.
• To conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities and potential opportunities for growth.
• To achieve the sales target set by the management and maintaining positive relationship with clients.
• To negotiate contracts, pricing arrangement and terms of sales with clients to ensure profitability and sustainable business relationship.
• To provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends to management.

Assistant Operator (Sejingkat)

Job Responsibilities:

• To make sure machinery are functions properly.
• To perform the quality checking during the operation.
• To report to immediate supervisor if any malfunction of machineries found.
• Helper role in daily production tasks.
• Undertake any general work assigned by supervisor.
• Maintains good housekeeping.

Desired Qualifications:

Project Manager (Kuching)

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide overall Project Coordination and Project Team Management.
• To monitor Project budgeting and scheduling.
• To liaise with project consultants, contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and/or site matters.
• To perform project risk management to analyse and mitigate potential risks.

To provide advice and assistance in resolving claims and disputes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide assistance to the chef in running a kitchen.
• To assist 1st chef to overlook for clubhouse food hygiene SOP and clubhouse rules and regulation.
• To assist 1st chef to supervise kitchen team, develop meals and food quality training, inventory and grocery ordering, safety and team working.
• To ensure consistency and the quality of food served in the kitchen.

Site Engineer (C&S - Kuching)

Job Responsibilities:

• To take part in planning and monitoring of all projects under the directive of Project Manager to ensure smooth implementation of projects and handling over the projects according to company policies and procedures, so that quality and timely completion of the projects can be achieved.
• To take charge of Quality Assurance / Quality Control House Handover and supervision at site.
• To liaise with Project Consultants, Contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and / or site matters.
• To record and prepare minutes of meeting for site and any other technical meetings.
• To prepare all necessary reports as required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent.
• At least five (5) years relevant working experience, especially in infrastructure or road works.

• Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and analytical skills, positive working attitude, self-starter and able to work independently.
• Good technical knowledge, report preparation, project management and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, executing and coordinating marketing strategies, marketing ideas, marketing trends, to maintain and strengthen the brand exposure and presence of products and services in the social media.
• Assist in creating, designing, writing, proofreading, and coordinating marketing materials for social media and/or digital contents, postings, newsletters, website, ads, video script and etc as well as for print materials.
• Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing and executing engaging and interesting content to publish brand-focused messages for marketing campaigns, promotional ideas and etc.
• Analyse, monitor, and measure social media and/or digital marketing activity effectiveness and track leads performances.

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform daily sales collection reconciliation for the Club and F&B team.
• Collect, review and compile daily supplies from all of the vendors prior obtain approval from superior for payment.
• Providing administrative and support services to office staff and club members.
• Keep track of inventory and ordering office supplies to ensure sufficient supplies at all time.
• Assist in managing and updating department / company’s database.
• Ensure that Club facility and equipment are always kept clean, attractive and in compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in relevant field.
• At least 3 years working experience in basic accountancy/ operations/ administrative field.
• Good communication and analytical skills, positive working attitude, self-starter and able to work independently.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Senior Architect & Planning Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• To liaise with Consulting Architect in the preparation of the conceptual design, preliminary drawings and sketches and ensure compliance with codes, standards and legislation as applicable.
• To assist to ensure timely approval of drawing submissions from relevant Authorities.
• To provide regular updates on project progress and highlight any issues that may arise.
• To coordinate site meetings between various consultants and contractors.
• Liaison with relevant local Authorities.

Desired Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Architecture, Planning & Design or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with authorities' processes, have good design skill and understanding of contract.
• Good communication and project management skills, capable of liaising with clients, consultants and Local Authorities.
