Customer Service Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist/coordinate, monitor and attend to the making good of defects for the property under Defect Liability Period.
- To attend to handing over property appointment.
- To maintain/update the handing over and defects progress in the home apps used for the projects.
- To report all progress of work to Customer Service Executive /managers.
Desired Qualifications:

Sales & Admin Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on orders and delivery details.
- Record payments, issue receipts and reconcile accounts in collaboration with the finance team.
- Follow up with clients on overdue payments and address discrepancies. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding pricing, order status and delivery timelines.
Desired Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing

Project Planner
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work using Planning software.
- To prepare the manpower, resources, materials ad machinery analysis in line with the master programme and ensure it is feasible and workable.
- To ensure that the schedule developed includes all relevant details and requirements to which best fit the contract duration.
- To oversee the planning team and to make sure that the projects are completed on time within budget.
- Liaising with other parties such as surveyors, engineers and architects and producing progress reports and forecasts for team members clients and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
- At least five (5) years relevant working particularly to deal the necessary Project Planning, Programming and Scheduling requirements of the various disciplines of Works.
- Well versed with the approved software as required under the Project Management tools, especially with Primavera and Microsoft Project software to the various level required.
Site Engineer (M&E)
Job Responsibilities:
- To monitor and supervise QA/QC on all M&E site activities.
- To assist superior for any tasks that are being assigned.
- To plan, execute and delivery the job tasks being assigned.
- To ensure coordination of mechanical and electrical works with C&S, architectural and landscape works during construction stage.
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors on the progress of work.
- Monitor and supervise contractors and sub-contractors’ work progress according to specifications and safety regulations.
- Supervise trouble shooting, testing and commissioning and repair works.
- Conduct regular site meeting on M&E matters.
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Degree in M&E engineering or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:
- To assist and take charge in preparing tender submissions.
- To monitor overall progress of work carried out by contractors at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements, drawings, specifications and project’s time schedule.
- To assist in site assessment on contractors’/suppliers’ claims.
- Taking off quantity, calculation of project costing, computation of BQ and cost estimation.
- To assist in handling and preparing progress claim, progress payment, variation order and final account for contractors and suppliers.
- To assist in cost planning, analysis & monitoring for project resource, costing and project budget.
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent

Sport Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- To be the lifeguards, referees, marshals; taking care of swimming pool, pool area such as changing room and etc.
- Ensuring and upholding the pool's sanitary and safety rules as well as its surrounding.
- Assist in organizing all sports activities, competition, event, and perform routines maintenance of all courts, pools & sport equipment.
- Ensure the club's by-laws are respected and observed at all times by members & guests.
- Perform opening & closing routines throughout all rooms, courts & facilities, lights & air- conditioner are turned off when vacant.
- Ensure court bookings & vacating procedures are observed at all times; only authorized coaches are providing coaching services.
- Contribute towards delivering a great experience to members and guests.

- Report any equipment and building facility breakdown and follow up with Building Maintenance Technician Team.

- To be able to lead a team of of site-based Environmental Engineers to monitor and ensure the DOE's requirements are complied with.
- To conduct Surveillance Audits.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and training in promoting a culture of safety and quality excellence.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least ten (10) years relevant working experience particularly dealing with with necessary environmental issues and the Department of Environment (DOE)'s requirements and adherence to them.
- Ability to deal with necessary safety issues and health requirements arised.
- Familiar with the stipulations of the Environmental Act.
Site Engineer (M&E) / M&E Coordinator (Location : Bintulu)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for all related mechanical and electrical (M&E) works.
- Coordinate with Client's representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on all technical matters, providing resolutions for all M&E related issues as required.
- Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and approved construction drawings.
- Prepare method statements as required and identify any discrepancies in construction drawings.
- Monitor the progress of works and troubleshoot on-site issues.
- Ensure the quality of M&E works workmanship and compliance with technical requirements.
- Any tasks related to M&E works assigned by superior.
Desired Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of similar work experience in building and M&E services for building and infrastructural works on-site.
- Ability to read and understand Civil & Structural Drawings, Architectural Plans, M&E Drawings and other plans with a strong understanding of construction work activities and work sequence.

Job Responsibilities:
- To take part in planning and monitoring of all projects under the directive of Project Manager to ensure smooth implementation of projects and handling over the projects according to company policies and procedures, so that quality and timely completion of the projects can be achieved.
- To take charge of Quality Assurance / Quality Control House Handover and supervision at site.
- To liaise with Project Consultants, Contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and / or site matters.
- To record and prepare minutes of meeting for site and any other technical meetings.
- To prepare all necessary reports as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent.
