Job Responsibilities:

  • To report any issues to top management.
  • To direct & supervise production process and a team of workers to ensure high efficiency, good line discipline, good housekeeping and compliance with quality requirement.
  • To carry out corrective maintenance work, troubleshoot and perform repair work if machine/ equipment unable to operate.
  • To ensure schedule is met and achieve set production targeted quality.
  • To ensure adequate resources are in placed (manpower, material, etc).

Job Responsibilities:

  • To take charge of Quality Assurance / Quality Control House Handover and supervision at site.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To liaise with Consulting Architect in the preparation of the conceptual design, preliminary drawings and sketches and ensure compliance with codes, standards and legislation as applicable.
  • To assist to ensure timely approval of drawing submissions from relevant Authorities.
  • To provide regular updates on project progress and highlight any issues that may arise.
  • To coordinate site meetings between various consultants and contractors.
